Mixed bag. I ordered a Keychron K1 in January 2020 and was really happy with the product even though it arrived in a very damaged box. Wasn't too much of a concern as the product still seemed to work fine. Fast forward a few months later than the satisfying click of the left 'control' key had stopped on my blue switch keyboard. Contacted customer services to be told they could send me a replacement key switch. Fast forward again to a year after my first purchase and I was starting to get key strokes either not registering or duplicating as if the key was stuck down even though it mechanically wasn't. I contacted customer services and they went above and beyond to resolve my problem and sent me a completely new keyboard free of charge which I could keep in addition to my faulty one, amazing! Apart from the keyboard they sent me had the wrong type of key switch. I contacted customer services again to get this resolved and have now waited over a week to get a response to the multiple emails I have sent. I'm currently still using my old keyboard as I would like to exchange the replacement with the correct keyboard but they're ignoring my emails presumably because it's too much of an inconvenience.
Pretty great product, almost outstanding customer services but not knowing where I stand with something I use for work daily is a major problem and has tainted my experience with Keychron.

They don't have customer service. If something goes wrong your keyboard then basically need to buy a new one because you'll receive no help.

Ordered keyboards but it never arrived…

Ordered keyboards but it never arrived and it’s been almost two months. Have had a total of 21 emails discussing what to do and they refuse to refund my money. And also it’s always the same automated emails from “ Jacqueline”. Not impressed and I’ve requested a dispute with my bank. Avoid them, they’re not an American company, they’re based in China Shenzhen and they will rip off of your money.

Fast and at times helpful customer support, but poor quality Slim Optical Brown Switches on the K3.
Everything else is good from shipping to Bluetooth and build.

Keychron support is not responding at all. I've wrote them 3 emails already during 3 weeks period, but so far there is absolutely no answer. Keyboard k3 is great, but it has a defect usb-c port and I'd like to a claim a warranty.

Customer service is the absolute worst I’ve ever dealt with. They take a week to respond, and do absolutely nothing for you when they do respond. They were not going to do anything to help us until PayPal stepped in to assist.

Keychron's type experience is amazing, but their customer support isn't

Keychron's type experience is amazing. It's unlike any other keyboard. I have a K1, which did give me some issues though. My Bluetooth kept disconnecting and the LED wasn't working properly. Customer support isn't the best, they said I would be able to get a replacement in July because they were out of stock (whilst the site clearly stated that they were available). A few days ago a replacement arrived out of nowhere. This unit is faulty too. When communicating with Keychron, I feel like the support team doesn't read the mails very well, like they have to rush to send a response. I keep getting responses from different employees, who don't know about the previous messages. If you have to contact them, be prepared to mail a lot back and forth. You really have to push and keep mailing them to get your issues fixed.
Conclusion: Amazing keyboards with sometimes some quality issues (or just bad luck for me). Customer support could be improved by a lot.

I recently purchased a Keychron K2

I recently purchased a Keychron K2. On removal of the space bar to change the key caps one of the little stabilisers broke off. I emailed them to try and get a replacement. It took a couple of weeks of emailing, and sometimes I had to send some emails to gently push a reply out, but eventually I got my replacement, which arrived in 10 days from China and I have been using it for two months since. I bought the Keychron wristrest too and am glad I did, really good quality and really helps with typing. The Retro Mac key caps are awesome, they look and feel great. Interesting customer service sometimes but you’ll get there in the end if you try and the products are really good for the price! Shipping to UK not outrageous either. Good job overall

Probably one of the worst customer…

Probably one of the worst customer services. Ordered a keyboard on the 7h April and two days later they email to say that me order is under fraud analysis, asked me to take a picture of my card to confirm and as proof it was me who made the purchase. Since then I haven’t heard from them whether or not it will be dispatched although I’ve asked several times when it will be dispatched but all they keep giving is a tracking number which is useless. Composing take forever to dispatch items is usually because the item is out of stock and my definitely said in stock otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to order one. Also the fact that their website claims they dispatch items within two business days is BS. It’s been almost a week for me and nothing had been happening. If I knew keychron had such bad customer services I wouldn’t buy. Probably another company that bulks buy products from AliExpress, rebrands them, resell them for quadruple the price. Not impressed

very helpful customer service, fixed issues with old keyboard.

Bought a new K8 keyboard, the gateron browns are the loudest ringing switches I ever heard (more than cheap blue switches from outemu.
Emailed the support to find a solution or how to return it, they have asked for a video, and yet no reply.
the keyboard is over-rated and has big connectivity issues and latency.
No recommended this is a terrible product
== update of 5/3/2021
After contacting the customer support and sending a video with the echo, at the begging no real solutions were offered but then they have offered to send switch replacements, however, I was surprised to find that they have sent another full k8 keyboard with all switches with few or almost none notable spring echo except for one key (which is easy to replace with another good switch from the old keyboard).
customer service solution was not what I expected, that alone deserves 3 stars more.

Great product, shipping needs work.

Ordered products : 2x Keychron K4 V2, RGB, plastic frame, hot swappable with Gateron brown switches.
TLDR: shipping was just slightly disappointing, Customer Service was sufficient, product is amazing and a reccomendation in the setup I ordered it.
Let me quicky get the "negatives" out of the way:
Ordered it on the 19th of december 2020, took them about 2 weeks to ship the product (shipped on the 3rd of January). The product arrived on the 14th. The main negative i got out if this is that it took a while and 2 emails to Customer Service (who I have to commend for responding swiftly to my queries and update requests) before they finally shipped the products. There were no further delays after shipping.
Now the product itself:
The products arrived well packed. Box had a small dent in the corner but no major damages to the box and no damage to the products. Was packed in a plastic "bag" and surrounded by air cushions, which were all intact by arrival.
My son has a cheap gaming mechanical keyboard with cheap blue switches built in. Typing on it was fairy comfortable but you could feel the cheapiness of the switches. Having used the keyboard for just a few hour (stock, unlubed) I have to say that it's quite a pleasure to type on. The switches feel smooth enough out of the box (granted I don't have a lot of previous experiences).
Setting up the keyboard wirelessly is very easy. It comes (slightly) pre-charged out of the box and is very easy to pair. The supplied cable feels like that of quality. The cable is braided an feels premium.
The RGB is nice and there's a lot of different RGB modes. My favorites are the typing effect ones but there's enough to chose from.
in the box there is a metal keycap puller and a small switch puller. I tried the keycap puller right away since I ordered some new keycaps from amazon. The stock keycaps are great as it is but I would reccomend looking into pudding/doubleshot keycaps to let the RGB shine through even better.
So far very satisfied with the product, shipping needs work but isn't bad since it's 1. coming from china 2. was ordered around the holidays 3. was ordered during the pandemic (covid-19)
9/10 Would reccomend but if you could order it from a local reseller, I would reccomend going that route. Or offer some faster (more expensive) shipping methods.
